The Ripley County R-IV School District’s mission is to utilize its financial, personnel, educational, community
and technological resources to ensure the diverse student population the opportunity to develop academically, physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially to the fullest extent in a safe environment. Through a partnership among school, home, and community, the mission of the Ripley County R-IV School District is to develop continuous lifelong learners being of good character who positively contribute to society.

• People are entitled to a physically safe and nonthreatening environment;
